I prefer to stay behind the curtain — operating all the buttons, knobs and levers that make your brand magic. I’ve been doing this work for about 8 years and I love it! Every day I get to turn my clients’ biggest challenges into beautifully crafted content.

I took certificate classes in Storytelling & Content Strategy through the University of Washington. Prior to writing full-time, I worked as a software developer, ending up as a manager of training at a banking software company. My specialties were developing my awesome team, technical training and product development.

No matter what I’m doing professionally, my emphasis is always on elevating the customer experience.
